Free shipping is via First-Class mail. Orders are prepared within 2-3 business days (M-F) during normal business hours following actual payment. Actual delivery time may vary from 5-10 days after item is shipped. NOTE – First-Class Mail can be unpredictable and the USPS tracking only reports Delivery Confirmation (departure and arrival dates). For faster delivery and tracking please select Priority Mail (US only) at checkout. Delivery confirmation is included (U.S. only) via the USPS site and updated only upon final delivery. Full tracking is only provided for U.S. Priority Mail. Deliveries subject to theft or loss following delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer to dispute with their local courier. Buyer’s shipping information is confirmed through buyers bank/credit card. Unconfirmed addresses or delivery to alternate addresses are at the buyers own risk. Special note regarding International orders and shipping: All international orders are subject to a 3 day hold for verification. We are unable to ship to a country that does not match the billing address. Due to changes in how packages are tracked in countries outside of the United States, end to end tracking is not provide. Priority mail is the method of sending however this does not provide the same priority service as US deliveries. Tracking information is updated only after the package is delivered and reported back from that country. All packages are subject to customs inspections which can delay a package up 14 business days in addition to shipping time. Should the buyer not agree with the shipping terms the order should be cancelled immediately.
Buyer is requested to contact Harley Performance at time of payment with any additional special requirements you may require for proper set up or special applications. Kits will not be shipped unless model/year information for fitment are provided.
All sales are final. If any product is received damaged, the buyer must contact Harley Performance immediately upon receipt for a return authorization. Authorized returns: item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, shipping fees are non-refundable. “Unwanted” items will be deducted a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees may increase or return denied if any item(s) are received back in used or in anything but new condition. Seller is not responsible for any misprint or error and reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Any attempt to manipulate the check out process, defraud the seller or bank, or participating in fraud is criminal and will be reported accordingly.
